Clarets U23 v Eagles U23

Two teams sitting in the bottom three and both outfits could do with a win to keep up with the teams sitting above them in the table. Another loss for either teams could mean a fight to avoid relegation this upcoming year.

On paper the two teams match each other where the home side got Juan Miranda, Oliver Pimlott and James Devlin as their most trusted players and the ones being able to make the difference. We rely on Ilkay Isler, Hindolo Mustapha and Zack Marsh to perform and lead the way for our youngsters. Away from home we’ve been way off the standard I would like to see us and it’s about time we manage to play a decent away game. We surely need the points to start climbing the table.
