Eagles v Hoops

We've started the league campaign with two games without losing and would love to perform at the highest level against The Hoops. We are a great defensive unit but after losing Lewis Hall in the cup game against Wolves, I'm curious to see how we'll perform without him. Guglielmo Vicario must step up and bring a big performance in the absent of Hall. Savinho has yet to get his game going after signing from auction and like Hall, he is a player we need to get going if we want to be a team to recognize. Always tough games in this league and this one won't be any different. Our concentration must be on top if we want to get the three points.

Newcastle United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
A tough game against a really good side - quite how Newcastle have ended up in this division is beyond me. Their squad is infinitely better than ours and they must be title favourites.

It's our first away game of the season and we will need to be at our absolute best to come away with anything here. I just can't see it happening. We've had a positive start to the season but, to be honest, a point would be a great result for us here.

Still, we'll setup as best we can and try to get something from it. The side is playing well with some good players but it is proving hard to strengthen. We are trying to buy players but at least three of our messages to other managers have been read without even a courtesy response. We find that quite rude and we will be bearing it in mind when it comes to dealing with certain individuals in the future.

We will keep plugging away though. We are determined to turn this into a good side. We know the length of the project and we're up for the challenge
