It’s going to be interesting to see how this Eagles U23 team perform. The roster is decent but overall we lack secondaries on almost every player. It’s an huge part of the game and I can’t ser this team fighting for promotion. But we’re here to sheet and give the team the best assumptions as possible. It’s all about getting good abs and getting the team to perform as an unit. I’m in for a tough season but at the same time I’m not used to Division Two football at U23 level.
The sheeting record in this league has been poor but hopefully there’s managers caring for their U23 outfit this season and make league football more interesting. A home game on opening day is what we hoped for and we’re looking to get off to a winning start.
