Another afternoon where we dominate possession and chances created but the opposition goalkeeper has the game of his life against us. 12 saves and 118 abs gained from an 18 rater in goal is ridiculous.
Having said that we were already through and so played a significantly weakened team so can't grumble too much about the result. With a 10 and a 13 rater in defence and a 12r in midfield it's surprising we didn't lose by more. We head on to what, we think, is a quarter final, as group winners and can hopefully go a few steps further. We don't know when those games will be as they're not in the calendar but we look forward to a knockout phase. We also come off the back of this one with the squad rested and raring to go which is great with some really important games ahead.
