U23 Division One Format

U23 Division One currently consists of 14 teams who will play each other at home and way over 26 weeks.

At the end of the season the TOP TWO will be automatically promoted to U23 Premier League
Those who finish 3rd to 6th will be entered in to the play offs with 6th playing 3rd and 5th playing 4th. These will be two legged semis. The winners will play a final to decide the play off winner who will be promoted to U23 Premier League.
