CF Pachua 2-2 Arsenal
Last game of the group stages and it was in our hands. Anything less than a win as we would be relying on Manchester United to at least draw their game against Palmeiras. United had already qualified. We couldn't win but a draw should have been enough. United didn't sheet and gave Palmeiras the 3 points. So our fate in this competition came down to a T sheet.
I was already considering my options but this has put the final nail in the coffin. I've lost my love for ESMS to the degree that I sheet and sometimes don't even check the result. With this in mind I will be stepping down at the end of the season.
