Derby certainly made it difficult for us and it was all about the first goal. I hate the L tactic almost as much as the D but fortunately we started to push forward more in the second half and grabbed that all important first goal. It probably helped that the Rams were down to 10 men at that stage. Derby then had to attack us and picked them off to see the game out and take a shiny piece of silverware.
This cup run has been a wlecome surprise this season and although we were pleased to reach the final, we are a little disappointed with the result.
Despite the Arsenal manager's comments we did not play the long ball game we actually decided to use our passing game and we were always in the game up until the red card.
Arseanl were the better team, as expected, but we fought hard and made them work for their win.
B_Purrington was our best player, marshalling the defence well and making some crucial blocks.
Hopefully we can go one better next season.
Congratulations Arsenal and @redblueeagle
Saved penalties for a living and reffed for a bit.
Currently run EFLO, CoE and OFMC

Sorry @Dazoctaron , I completely missed that change. Kudos for keeping us honest and pushing us all the way.
