Sometimes a draw is equivalent to a loss. There is no pleasure from picking up this point on the road. Firstly we absolutely dominated the game but not winning closes out our title hopes. We are now as close to top as we are to the relegation zone and have picked up 5 points from the last 18 having claimed 20 from the 24 before that.
We will now be 100% focused on the cup and will even be resting players from league games to ensure nobody rates up or gets injured / unfit whilst we're still in that. It'd be great to finish with a trophy as this squad will be decimated over the of season.
