Resignation

I'm afraid I am going to tender my resignation from Stoke City.

I seem to be really struggling to find the time or the enthusiasm required to do this game the justice it deserves. I feel I'm just going through the motions of submitting team sheets and doing nothing to improve the senior and U23 squads and it's showing in the results and league position.

But I think the main thing that has knocked my interest this season has been the number of randoms I've faced. Which then each game just boils down to the luck of the draw on what I face compared to what tactic I've selected. I know esms is quite luck based anyway, but taking away the potential edge in tactics just makes it worse.

Anyway, sorry about this but I think it best.

Really sorry to see you leave Ray.

I do understand the random problem and we will be looking at league structure at the season end to reduce clubs or minimise unmanaged clubs for next season.
