YWO PROMOTED U23 PLAYER TO SENIOR SQUAD

I would like to buy 2 promoted u23 slots and use them on the following player to make him 23 rated I think that's 12,000,000 credits. I would also like to buy a third for later in the season however i've not decided who to use it on yet as it will depend if any younger player gets promoted.
