Reds U23 v Baggies U23
The performance to our U23 outfit is much like the first team, losing the opening game before we hit back with two wins. We did ever so well in the Challenge Cup midweek and a performance to be proud of. But, these performance has brought a lot of abs lately to the stats to our top players and we got several players closing in on maximum limit. A new shop item was introduced before the season, delay promotion of of U23 player to senior team. We might be using this item at some part of the season. For me we're better off with players doing well for the U23 team than being squad players at the senior team and never get the chance to play football. On friday we face The Baggies U23 at home and it should be a game we where we get a result. The team is performing at a high level at the moment and we're going to try to keep it up as long as we're able to.

Everton_U23 v Leicester_City_U23
We a very poor start so far for us and we sit in mid table with just two points from two draws and a defeat.
We need to turn it around quick and start improving with a few wins and home games should be our best opportunities to achieve that. We now go up against Leicester who are just below us in the league and have a reasonable side who look strong in midfield.
We have no injuries or suspensions so some rotation will come in to play as we look to pick up some more points.

Wolverhampton Wanderers U23 vs Tottenham Hotspur U23
We have already played and beaten Spurs with Villa this season so we know a little of what to expect. And it's another bloody home game for us - we're going to end up away a lot before the end of the season.
Their manager is unlikely to show up so we will setup accordingly and try to get another three points. We have a whole squad still to pick from as we are avoiding injuries and suspension nicely so it's the normal rotation and we go again looking to remain undefeated with a 5th straight win

Bournemouth U23 vs Aston Villa U23
We've been dominant this season with six straight wins and are off the back of a 9-1 victory in midweek. It feels like this will be by far the biggest test of our team so far this season though. Matt is a great manager who has invested a lot of time and money in youth over the years and going to their ground won't be easy. Having said, last season we met 4 times in the league with the away side winning on each occasion so maybe we have that on our side. We also lost to them on penalties in the U23 cup final so this is a good opportunity to gain some payback for that.
We have had to seek some clarification from the competition organisers around the eligibility of Dani Requena and have been assured he is ineligible for this game so we can be relieved we won't be facing him. That possibly gives us the edge in squad strength but, as we've said, it's never easy to face a Matt team. Both sides are unbeaten at the top with 100% records with us top on GD so that shows how tough this one will be. And who knows how crucial it could be come the end of the season.
In reality a draw would be a good result for us here but it'd be amazing to come away with all three points. Definitely the biggest test so far though

Bournemouth U23 vs Aston Villa U23
Fully expect a Villa win, we sheeted before Villa put in the request to get Requena promoted so expect errors will lead to an easy win for the visitors but it is what it is
