Blades v Eagles

Playing away from home for the first time this season and we're in Sheffield to face the red and white stripes. Both teams got a point on opening day but want to do better in this one. The two teams is under caretake management and David is handling things at The Blades. A great manager who has got the better of me on numerous occasions over the years and we know this one is going to be difficult. Overall I rate ourselves as underdogs, especially when looking at the rosters. The Blades is far better in midfield and up front. They got players with great secondaries while we got few of them. But we'll dig deep and try to get a result with us back to South-London.

Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Burnley
After our disappointing cup defeat in the week we remain at home for the thirst straight game and second league one to start the season as we face Burnley at home. There are ongoing concerns around their manager who hasn't been seen for nearly three weeks now with fans puzzled as to where their boss has gone. It has left the Burnley squad rudderless and in disarray and all we can try and do is take advantage.

Having said that, we weren't able to do so against their U23 side in the week so we will have to be more switched on and focused this time around. They have some quality players in that squad and it's not going to be easy for us to break them down. They're at full strength albeit with some fitness concerns and we have to hope the tactical advantage that we hope to get enables us to come out on top.

We have no injury worries but will continue to rotate the squad as we look to get game time for a lot of the new players. We won our first league game and should have won in the week so we're not in a bad place. We're still looking to build as well but getting hold of some managers is proving very difficult. We have bids out for some 14 players across our two teams at the moment and, discounting the 5 we only just bid for, that means 9 of our offers are being ignored. We know some managers have seen the offers and just not responded which we find incredibly frustrating! The least they could do is just send back a no!

But we will keep working at it and, when we find a manager who is willing to negotiate it makes it all the better. Still plenty to be done with this squad and to get it right for a new permanent manager. But working on it has been good fun so far. Hopefully we can find some results to make them an even more attractive prospect...

Sheffield United v Crystal_Palace

Point away in the first game is something we need to better hopefully this time out as we search our first league win.
Palace are the visitors and have a good side which we will do well to hold off trying to get the points. They have no missing players either for this one.
They have Ed in charge we will make them a tough nut to crack but with home advantage we need to try.
