National League teams can now access the FMFA Sales. As a note, this gift is the only way a National League side can sign a 19r player, the 50% rule still applies (so to buy a 19 rated to upgrade to 20 costs 50% of the advertised price)

National League sides can now do transfers amongst themselves (they cannot buy or sell from Division One or Two sides) The player values are approximately 50% of the values of Division One and Two (based on the FMFA Sales that give NL a 50% reduction)
