With eight games to go if we want to rescue our season then it's vital we start getting results. Derby are very good at bringing through young players so this won't be easy. We need our attacking players to start showing a lot more roothlessness in front of goal as we really need to start getting results now. After how well we did last season and a lot of the squad is the same we can't afford to be relegated.

I feel like this is about the 19th time we've played Bournemouth this season and very rarely have we come up winners against them. Must hold some optimism that today can be the day though, can't be negative all the time - but it comes from this having been a brutal season for us and perhaps feeling a little fatigued. To make matters worse we are without Moore so that further complicates any selection and or tactical decisions I might want to make.
