Hartlepool United 0 - 1 Bromsgrove Sporting
Felt like they would come to our place and try to exploit any weaknesses they'd thought they'd have found so we tried to play chess - but they played checkers instead and just stuck to what they are good at. Felt like a pulsating battle that they edged in the end, having had to fight hard for a solitary winning goal. I don't like losing but I don't have any complaint about the manner of our performance today or anything like that. On any given day it could have gone to either side or been a draw. If we can keep that level of work rate and endeavour up in future matches we'll be raking in the points for sure.
