Fitness in shambles before the game due to me being on holiday and the side requiring randoms meant that we had to heavily rotate and I'd have definitely taken a point here before the game... then we had two players sent off so the fact we even managed to escape without a hiding was a miracle.
GG Daz, really not sure how we kept a clean sheet but reading the report we seemed to have lady luck on our side a lot!

West Ham United U23 fell to a disappointing 2-0 defeat against Crystal Palace U23 at Victoria Road. West Ham were punished for defensive lapses. Z. Marsh opened the scoring early with a powerful strike after a long ball caught West Ham off guard. C. Redhead doubled the lead just after halftime, finishing cleverly despite a touch from the goalkeeper. West Ham responded but missed key chances, including a glaring chance for Woodburn.
