U23 abs purshess, u23s over rated slot and credits to cash.

I would like to buy 10 u23 secondaries and use them in the following way.

3 on passing.

Could I also have any left over credits converted to cash to clear my Debt out of the 27,824,000 I currently have. I'll be writing more articles which is why i'm including the amount i already have as I don't want the aditional credits included.
