Ok then the first round of the auction.

7 teams did not bid leaving 19 teams to bid.
All 19 teams managed to secure a player in the first round with 7 getting their first choice, 5 getting their second choice and 7 getting their third choice.

We will start easy with the Goalkeepers all of whom received NO BIDS and all four will be available in round 2.

Defenders next and here we have the most expensive player paid for in this round of the auction and he only received two bids.

That player was Kyle Walker who had a £51.25m from Manchester City as their second choice bid.
The winning bid and only other bid was a mouth watering £300m from Brighton and so Walker will be off to the south coast to play next season.

Next we will go JOHN STONES who had three bids. A first choice bid of £76.75m from Stoke which was not enough to win him. Next was a second choice bid of £100m by Leeds United and I thought they had their man but some late bids changed it all and meant a third bid had to come in and it was £101m for him and wins him.
Stones will also be going to the south coast as he will be playing for Bournemouth.

BEN CHILWELL also had three bids and as @Matt now knows his third bid won he also knows he second choice bid for Chilwell fell short with £141m and so did the £91m bid by Newcastle United and he was their first choice. Instead a second choice bid of £175.5m from current premiership champions Liverpool sent him to Merseyside for season 19.

It turned out Ruben Dias was already on the game so he became KURT ZOUMA for the auction and he also received two bids.

Firstly he was Burrnley's main choice but their opening bid of £60.25m fell short. We know that Newcastle's first bid failed on Cilwell so they turned to Zouma as a second choice and landed him for a nice £91m

LUKE AYLING who was renamed from Zinchenko who also was already on the game just got one bid. Their first bid had failed on John Stones so yet another manager went for a defender as second choice in case they lost out on their main choice. In this case it worked with it turning out to be the only bid. £76.75m lands him for Stoke City

The rest of the Defenders received no bids so Tarkowski & Burn will be in the second round.

MIDFIELDERS then......
Lucas Moura who needs renaming for round 2 as he is on the game already, along with Shaqiri and Iwobi received no bids and will be available in round 2.

The most paid for a MIDFIELDER was on Jack Grealish who received just the one bid of £210m and it was the first bid from Everton and so he will be playing in the blue of the merseysiders next season.

W BOLY I missed of defenders he went for just £100m as a second bid by Wolverhampton Wanderers @WolfBite.
No other bids went in for the player.

Also going for the sum of £210m was RODRI.
That meant that a first choice bid of £122.5m fell short from Aston Villa.
He will instead be going to Manchester United to ply his trade. @Burrows

We know Leeds United got their second choice so that means their first choice bid of £100m failed. We can now reveal that bid was placed on KAI HAVERTZ who with only one other bid will be going to Derby County @Dazoctaron who landed him with their second choice bid of £191.75m

The Second most sought after player in this auction was a midfielder and was PELLEGRINI who had a total of four bids.
Three second choice bids failed to get him and they were £60.25m from Burnley, £90.5m from QPR, £122.5m from Aston Villa. Instead with their first choice bid of £144.25m he will be going to the Emirates to play for Arsenal @redblueeagle

That leaves three mids who all just got one bid.

D BROOKS went for just £67.75m as Norwich made him their main choice and landed him so he will be going to Carrow Road @bruffio

JORGINHO ended up going as a third choice and having missed out on their first two choices he went for £100m to Aston Villa @Nocky

J HENDERSON was also a third choice and he went for £90.5m to Queens Park Rangers @Joe

That then is all the mids and leaves us just the Forwards.
