Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-3 Sheffield United
Riad Mahrez scored the winner in the 93rd minute as Sheffield United turned us over at home for the second time this season. We had twice pegged them back with goals from Gilmour and Simeone cancelling out the opener from Bentancur and then Mahrez' first. Both sides had chances to win it but it looked like it was heading for what would have been a justified draw for both sides but they struck at the death to secure all three points. Only our third defeat in all comps this season but our second at home to the Blades who seem to have our number.

The loss, coupled with Leeds' win sees us drop to second in the table but we maintain a five point gap in the promotion spots at the halfway stage. It looks like it could be a topsy turvey season for the top two but we just have to make sure we don't let the chasing pack back in.

Saints 2 - 0 Eagles

We thought we faced a sheeting manager but in the last minute they asked for random and we didn't have time to change our sheet. It cost us the game and we never looked like ourselves today. We had as many chances as them but couldn't get ourselves on the scoresheet. Sion Spence sent them a goal up at the start of the second half after a scoreless first half. We pushed for the equliser but never got it. Instead the countered us and secured the win a minute into added time when Alfie Devine made it 2-0. Two losses in row now and we have to find a way to win football games.
