1) Anglo-American Champions League
As we will now have 24 clubs this competition will expand to 8 clubs from 4.

The automatic qualifying teams will be
Top 4 in last seasons top division
FMFA Cup Winner
FMFA League Cup Winner
nb. If either cup winner is already qualified by top 4 finish then will go to next highest in league.

The final 2 spots will then be decided by
Next highest in league not auto qualified for competition v second division winners
FMFA Cup Runners Up v FMFA League Cup Runners Up

There will then be 10 non English teams to give 18 teams.
The teams will then be split into 2 groups of 9 who will play the other once having 4 home and 4 away games.
The results will all go into one league table of 18 teams
The top 4 will automatically qualify for the Quarter Finals and places 5 to 12 will play off for the remaining 4 places with 5v12, 6v11, 7v10, 8v9.
Quarter Finals will be 1 v lowest ranked paly off winner, 2 v next lowest ranked and so on.
Semi Finals will be winners of the Quarter Finals
Final will be the two semi final winners.

2) The FMFA U23 League Cup

FMFA U23 League Cup renamed as FMFA Under Armour U23 League Cup
As part of their 2 year sponsorship deal they are giving the following...…
Group Stage Loser 1,000,000 credits & 300abs;
Quarter Final Loser 2,000,000 credits and 500abs;
Semi Final Loser 3,000,000 credits and 750abs;
Runner Up 4,000,000 credits and 1000abs;
Winner 5,000,000 credits and 1500abs;
Abs can be award in 50ab blocks (max 500 on any player) and on any player 22 rated or below. On secondaries they can put to give a max of 14 300ab.

The Cup will be
Round 1 Group Stage - 6 groups of 4 teams with top going to quarter finals along with 2 best runners up
Round 2 Quarter Finals over 2 legs
Round 3 Semi Finals over 2 legs
Round 4 Final

T sheets will be returning next season with 4 missing sheets in a row = sacking (4 as we have 2 games a week so it gives a 2 week notice for sackings...) Caretaker managers will also return, with managers in Division One being able to caretake in Division Two and vica verca. There will be credit awards for caretakers.

Conditional errors will no longer be included in the 2 errors = T ruling (this will return as we shouldnt be making errors), instead any conditional errors will see the error removed (ie if it says there is an error in line 5 then that entire conditional will be deleted. More than 2 conditional errors will result in all conditionals being removed. Usual rules apply for the 2 errors = T (ie incorrect players, suspended etc named will result in a T tactic)

The leagues and cups will all be renamed and sponsored, senior this is purely cosmetic, U23 this will result in what David explained above.

Credit awards for media will be increased from 3000 to 5000 per word (I think its word?), and there will also be times during the season where extra credits will be given for media.

With the vote deciding we will now go to 2 leagues with 12 in each.
