As we are now going to see 26 raters sold and bought in FMFA there is little point in scouting them.
That means we will be changing scouting next season and 26 raters will be removed and 30 added.
New Scouting is for basic before age and seconds.
Outfield Rated 27 or Goalkeeper Rated 31: Price is £70.00m
Outfield Rated 28 or Goalkeeper Rated 32: Price is £100m
Outfield Rated 29 or Goalkeeper Rated 33: Price is £130m
Outfield Rated 30 or Goalkeeper Rated 34: Price is £160M
