U23 Scouting

U23 scouting will be changing as follows;

1) Cost will drop to 4,000,000 credits (a 33% reduction) to make it more affordable for managers.
2) New scout costs are;
Outfield Rated 14 or Goalkeeper Rated 18: Price is £5m
Outfield Rated 15 or Goalkeeper Rated 19: Price is £10m
Outfield Rated 16 or Goalkeeper Rated 20: Price is £20m
Outfield Rated 17 or Goalkeeper Rated 21: Price is £30m
Outfield Rated 18 or Goalkeeper Rated 22: Price is £40m
**12 & 13 will be removed as no one is buying them and those in game aren't played often.
3) All scouted players start as a 22 year old as below with an 18 rater outfield or 22keeper. Main ab alters on scout bought.
GK: 22 2 2 1
DEF: 1 18 3 1
MID: 1 2 18 2
FWD: 1 1 3 18
You then get 5 FREE abs to add
4) You can buy up to 14 extra secondaries to then shape your player as you require and these will cost £1m/secondary so 14 = £14m.
The most you can take a secondary to is 14.
5) You can also reduce the age of your player by £2m/year.
Minimum age allowed on a 14 to 16 rated scout is 16 years old and for a 17 or 18 rated scout is 17 years old.

Senior Scouting

Senior scouting will be changing as follows;

1) New scout costs are;
Outfield Rated 19 or Goalkeeper Rated 23: Price is £70m
Outfield Rated 20 or Goalkeeper Rated 24: Price is £90M
Outfield Rated 21 or Goalkeeper Rated 25: Price is £110M
Outfield Rated 22 or Goalkeeper Rated 26: Price is £130M

2) All scouted players start as a 26 year old as below
So as an example with an 19 rated outfield or 23keeper. Main ab on scout bought.

DEF: 1 18 3 1
MID: 1 2 18 2
FWD: 1 1 3 18
You then get 5 FREE abs to add as you wish

Selling to FMFA
1) No player 21 or under in age can be sold to FMFA Sales .
3) No player rated 20 or above (24 for goalkeepers) maybe sold to the FMFA .
4) Maximum 3 players maybe sold or bought per week per team during the season
5) You must ensure that any sales do not take your squad size below 20 or the sale will not be put through.

GK 22/Outfield 18: Price = £20.00m
GK 23/Outfield 19 : Price = £30.00m

Secondary Skills
0-7 = Nil
8-15 = add £500k for each skill above 7. (e.g. 12 rated seconds = + £2.5m)

Age
22-25 = £1m for age below 26 (e.g. 20 year old = £5m)
26-30 = Nil
31-36 = minus £2m for each age above 30. (e.g. 33 year old = - 6m)

New Items to Shop for Season 23

1) Increase the main on an U23 player by 1

This will be charged at £7,500,000 and 3,000,000 credits
Maximum of 2 in a season allowed per team.

2) Combine 2 U23 players for 1 better one
a) You may combine 2 players that are not the best 442 U23 players (not overrated/over aged) in your U23 team that are the same rating or 1 rating apart
b) Max rating you can select is 16.
c) The 2 players can combine to get the next rating up player. e.g 2 x 14 = 15, 2x15 =16, 2x16 =17, 14+15 =16. 15+16 = 17.
d) they must be the same position e.g both defenders, midfielders or forwards and will become that new position but higher main.
e) If same rating they keep the higher secondary ratings of the two players but all will start with 300abs across the board. If not they will take higher ratings of the 2 players less 1.
e.g a 15 rated def 1 15 7 3 and a16 rated 1 16 12 2 = 1 17 11 2 whereas if they were both 15 rated it would be a 1 16 12 3 player.
f) Age wise they will become half what the 2 were so a 23 year old and 19 year old become a 21 year old if it need it will round up so if half ages was 20.5 then that becomes 21.

Cost 7,500,000 credits

3) Delay Promotion of Player to Senior Team
Player must be 19 rated and 800 abs or above to qualify
The player will then have main abs reduced by 500 (e.g. If a 1 19 8 2 300 850 500 500 defender, after would become 1 19 8 2 300 350 500 500 defender)
Can not be used on a player more than once.
Maximum 2 a season
Cost 4,000,000 credits
