U23 RULE CLARIFICATION

It has come to my attention that the rule regarding players that may play in the U23 squad is slightly ambiguous and did not clarify goalkeepers.

To rectify this the U23 rules has been changed from
"Any players selected for this must also not be one of the strongest senior players in the senior team, based on a team formation and substitutes of 5-5-3 to allow for a substitute in each section."

If you are playing over rated players then the maximum allowed is 2 above the max rating, so 22 outfield or 26 keeper but that would be 2 slots.

In order to allow teams the opportunity to sort out where they maybe in breach of this rule I will not promot any keepers this week but will promote come next weekend.
