Liverpool v Watford

Got the Reds who are always a tough team to play. The job will be a little easier with the Red missing 2 first teamers due to suspension but the Hornets will still have a difficult match. A draw would be a fantastic outcome.

Leeds 0 - 1 Watford

Hard fought win that keeps the Hornets in play. Only out of the relegation spots by a measly point but we've now brought Sheffield United and Tottenham into the fray. It'll be a close run things with only a few rounds remaining.

Watford_U23s - Newcastle_United_U23s

Newcastle have an unhealthy amount of draws. Plus the Hornets had to contend with an extra-time penalty shoot-out to prevail in the U23 cup quarter finals so our stamina is shot.
So I think that means the Magpies will pinch this one.

Watford v Arsenal

Huge game against the Gunners. The Hornets desperately need the points to stay up - the Gunners need the points in their quest for a top 4 finish. The Hornets pulled off a miraculous away win earlier in the season and are banking on another miracle this time.

Watford 1 - 2 Tottenham

I did mention before the game that Jann-Fiete Arp was a weapon. Knowing this - still couldn't contain him as Arp's double did the damage. Dylan Moonan pulled one back for the Hornets but too little too late. The Spurs leapfrog the Hornets and the drop is edging ever closer.

Wolverhampton U23s - Watford U23s

Wolves aren't having a great season and the Hornets are hoping to add to the misery. The Hornets will be rotating through the players to keep the stamina up. Lautaro Martinez hasn't scored in a few games now and really needs to find his range again soon.

Watford U23 2 - 1 Norwich U23

A tight entertaining contest with not a lot separating the sides. Thought the Hornets were home safe but Norwich's late goal meant a couple of last nervy minutes. Happy to hold on for the win.
